Chicago, IL – May 21, 2025 — Dina, a leading care-at-home technology platform powering the future of home-centered care for government-sponsored health programs, today announced the appointment of Parie Garg, Ph.D., Partner at Oliver Wyman, to its Board of Directors as an independent board member.

Dr. Garg brings deep experience advising healthcare payers, providers, and innovators on digital transformation, regulatory strategy, and value-based care implementation. At Oliver Wyman, she leads work focused on reshaping how government-sponsored programs operate in a rapidly evolving market and care delivery landscape.

Her appointment reflects Dina’s continued commitment to building a board with the experience and insight needed to scale responsibly in a complex market. Garg will advise Dina’s leadership on market trends, go-to-market strategy, and operating models for scaling care-at-home infrastructure—especially for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Dual Eligible populations and PACE.

“Parie’s expertise across government programs and care innovation is perfectly aligned with where we are, and more importantly, where we’re going,” said Ashish V. Shah, CEO of Dina. “She brings a unique combination of policy, technology, and operational expertise, along with a proven track record of scaling organizations—making her an ideal strategic partner as we deepen our work with leading payers.”

Dina’s care-at-home platform is used by many organizations including SCAN Health Plan to deliver faster, reliable access to care for members, reduce administrative burden on care coordinators, and boost member quality and outcomes. The company has recently expanded its capabilities to help customers better manage networks – i.e., contracting, credentialing, and provider performance.

“This is an exciting time for Dina as they continue to deliver real value to the market,” said Andrew Walsh, Board Member and Managing Director at First Analysis, the lead investor in Dina’s Series B. “Parie’s appointment brings even more strength to the board as the company scales its impact.”

Dina closed one of its strongest quarters to date, expanding its presence in California and Pennsylvania with new customers while preparing to launch into five additional states later this year. This continued traction builds on the appointment of Sherman Sanchez as President last year to lead national expansion and deepen the company’s focus on payers. It also follows Dina’s Series B investment led by First Analysis, a firm with deep healthcare expertise, which brought Andrew Walsh onto the board to further support this strategy. With the addition of a seasoned policy and transformation leader like Parie Garg, Dina continues to strengthen the leadership and governance needed to scale a more connected, efficient, and person-centered ecosystem for care at home.
