Healthcare engagement company, PreparedHealth, reports accelerated growth along with key new hires.
Dina has expanded its leadership team by naming Iqbal Brainch as Chief Marketing Officer. The announcement comes in the midst of significant growth. The firm has more than doubled its employee count over the last quarter and recently announced expansion of its network with both Centegra Health System and Encompass Home Health signing multi-year agreements to join the Dina™ network and activate their Digital Nursing Assistant, DiNA™.
“Having Iqbal join the team marks a major milestone for our company. We have deliberately prioritized understanding the problems within post acute care, crafting a delightful product experience and establishing a responsive service-oriented culture that delivers great client outcomes. With all of these foundational aspects of our culture in place, we are ready to formally accelerate our marketing efforts to expand our reach nationally,” said Ashish V. Shah, CEO and Founder of PreparedHealth.
“I am thrilled to join PreparedHealth and help further the mission of empowering patients, their families and providers to experience optimal care in the home. We have an incredible culture and are continuing to grow a team of smart and talented people who are passionately committed to this mission,” stated Brainch.
Previously Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy for OptionsCity, Brainch helped lead the firm through a high-growth phase and a recent acquisition by Vela, a global financial technology provider of high performance trading, market data, and analytics technology solutions. He is a current member and former chair of the Alumni Board of Governors at Washington University in St. Louis and on the Chicago Board for Camp Kesem, a nationwide organization that supports children through their parent’s cancer.
Brainch joins an impressive leadership team, including Tim Coulter, who joined PreparedHealth last year as Chief Operating Officer. Coulter has an extensive background in building scalable healthcare information networks and was previously Vice President of Account Management and Client Development with Medicity, playing a key role in the growth and $500M Aetna acquisition.
