Evolution Health, a leading home health, hospice and infusion therapy provider, has selected Dina’s Staff Screening and Check-In solution to automate its employee wellness and health screening process.

Evolution Health’s family of companies has implemented Dina’s Staff Screening and Check-In technology to remotely engage and monitor approximately 1,000 clinicians in four states, with plans to expand to the entire organization. Headquartered in Dallas, Evolution operates Guardian Healthcare, Millennium Health Care, Gem City Home Care, Care Connection of Cincinnati, and The Valley Health Home Care.

Keeping Caregivers Safe

According to the CDC, approximately 10 percent to 20 percent of U.S. coronavirus cases are healthcare workers.

Developed in response to the spread of COVID-19, Dina’s solution helps providers:

  • Administer Pre-shift Employee Screening – Digitally screen employees before their shifts, via a text-based chatbot, to assess their COVID-19 risk. Screenings are based on clinical guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
  • Automate Care Pathways – Direct employees to self-care, telehealth consults, or live follow-ups from human resources or occupational health managers.
  • Manage Risk and HR/Compliance – Using robust, real-time dashboards, track employee check-ins to manage risk and comply with state mandates for pre-shift screenings.

Dina’s screening and engagement tools are currently operating in 27 states and managing nearly 1 million employee screenings for hospitals and home health agencies.
